We Welcome Your Visit To The Vault

Open in downtown Davenport since 2017, The Vault offers noninvasive and minimally invasive med spa services, aesthetic procedures, and body sculpting.  The Vault Med Spa + Body Sculpting combines the relaxing experience of a day spa with the therapeutic benefits of med spa services and continues to offer a unique experience.

The Vault is located inside the Union Arcade in downtown Davenport, across from the Adler Theatre.  Enter the building from either Brady Street or 3rd Street doors, then proceed to the bank of elevators. We are located next to the elevators. 

Street parking is available for up to two hours.  The River Center Parking ramp is conveniently located just steps away, with entrances on 2nd, 3rd, and Brady Streets.  For more details and rates, please click here.

Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $25 for spa services and $50 for medical services (CoolSculpting, Emsculpt, Emsella, Injections, Morpheus8, IPL, Laser Hair Removal, and Microneedling). We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
